Physical Inspection (COC)

After the issuance of the certificate of approval of the type of imported cars and the entry of the car into the customs, all car importers send their request to the General Directorate of Standards of the province for clearance and numbering, in accordance with the requirement of the National Standard Organization of Iran. Imported cars with a type approval certificate should entrust their physical inspection to certified inspection companies. Based on this, inspection companies are required to perform a complete and 100% physical inspection of all imported cars and an inspection report. to be sent to the General Department, so that department, if the inspection report conforms to the type approval certificate, will issue the clearance permit.
